Our Seasonal Burrata Boards celebrate the very best of the season. Right now, Ontario’s stone fruit is at its peak, and we’re slowly transitioning into the first heirloom tomatoes of late summer. Burrata, with its delicate, creamy center, is a cheese that shines year-round, but summer is when it truly comes alive on a board.
Each board (serves up to 10) includes:
Two large, fresh burrata
A bounty of seasonal stone fruit: peaches, nectarines, and apricots
Fresh berries
Prosciutto and mild Genoa salami for savory balance
Fresh herbs and thoughtful garnishes for color and brightness
