This first vintage of North 42 Sparkling Rosé is made from Cabernet Franc grown on estate vineyards in the Lake Erie North Shore. The handpicked grapes were lightly pressed to extract the lovely coral pink colour. Made using the Charmant method (2^nd fermentation in tank). With a delightful effervescence, this wine displays bright flavours of raspberry, strawberry and red apple. The mousse is full and creamy. The finish is clean. Bronze medal winner at the National Wine Awards Canada (NWAC).
