The grapes ferment on indigenous yeasts in stainless-steel tanks with 2 months of lees-ageing. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the fresh acidity. A beautiful salmon pink colour. On the nose, find aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries with floral hints of jasmine, rose and orange blossom. On the palate the wine is round and lively, centered on red fruit flavours with a hint of blackcurrant and spice on a long, lingering finish.
