Made from 100% goat’s milk, then there is an addition of honey and shavings of Italian truffle to the milk in the initial stages. The texture is smooth, firm yet creamy. The flavour is sweet, nutty with caramel notes from the goat milk and a rich, earthy aftertaste coming from the truffles. The honey is not overpoweringly sweet, provides the right balance. Pairs well with Chardonnay, a Pale Ale or a light Pinot Noir
