Burrata is a fresh cow's milk cheese, known for its unique texture and rich flavour. The outer shell is made of solid mozzarella that encapsulates a soft and creamy stracciatella.
Originating from Puglia Southern Italy, burrata is often described as having a milky, rich and slightly sweet taste. Pairs wonderfully with a wide variety of sweet and savoury accompaniments.
