Homemade sheets of shortbread is baked low and slow in the oven, which is then broken and tossed into the Granola. Resembling a classic sesame oat biscuit, this granola base is simple, allowing the natural glory of the freeze dried organic strawberries to shine! 

A perfect addition to your breakfast yogurt, as a topping for a smoothie bowl or a scoop of ice cream. It’s delicious served with milk and honey.
