Italian for "goat's egg" is a distinctive handmade artisan cheese from Lombardy Italy. Made from raw goat's milk, it's unique appearance features an outer layer of natural Robiola and a saffron infused robiola centre, giving it the look of a hard boiled egg.

Fresh and sour notes, the saffron adding a subtle aromatic touch.
