Grès© d’Alsace matured with Champagne, with a delicately sweet and sparkling taste. A must-try! This soft cheese with a washed rind is produced and matured for at least 14 days in ageing cellars in the vineyards of Alsace. It develops a typical, pronounced flavour while retaining a subtle sweet note. During the maturation process, the cheeses are washed once or twice with lightly salted water. The day before packaging, they receive a final wash with Champagne, which naturally gives them their gentle and sparkling flavour.
