Belle Saison

Belle Saison from Normandy France is a semi-soft, washed-rind cheese made from cow’s milk, known for its rich, creamy texture and complex, slightly pungent aroma. It has a golden-orange, edible rind that develops during the aging process, contributing to its bold, savory flavor. The paste is smooth, supple, and slightly elastic, offering a balanced taste with hints of butter, earthiness, and a subtle tang. Belle Saison pairs well with rustic bread, charcuterie, and fruity wines, making it a great choice for a cheese board.

Belle Saison cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk. Produced in limited batches with pasture-grazed cow's milk from Normandy, France, it is cave-aged on wood planks for a minimum of six months.
